Overview

There are many effects and statuses that players will encounter and be affected by in the game. In this page, each of them will be broken down and explained as best as possible.

Damage Types

There are a total of 8 damage types in the game. The main use of these damage types is to add complexity to the game as players need to think about what type of damage is best used against a certain type of enemy (like in pokemon)

The secondary use of damage types is to introduce the concept of damage effects ( such as knockback , burn , radiation , pierce .....)

Blunt

Lorewise , blunt damage is caused by weapons that deal damage to targets using kinetic energy as their main method ( such as using a pipe to bash a poor workers skull in ).

Stat wise , blunt damage weapons and ammunition add a chance to knockback enemies. This can open up opportunities for tactical decisions, or to just get that 1AP Jaguar knight away from you.

Pierce

Lorewise , pierce damage is caused by weapons that deal damage by focusing kinetic energy into a small area to achieve massive force and a piercing effect ( think of stabbing with a knife instead of bashing with a pipe )

Stat wise , pierce damage ammunition adds a chance to "pierce". This means that the bullet or projectile can go through multiple enemies or cover, allowing you to damage multiple enemies with one bullet.

Cut

Lorewise , cut damage is caused by weapons who deal damage via a cutting motion ( like a katana that slices , rather than a knife or spear that stabs )

Fire

BURN BABY BURN not much more to explain lore or stat wise

Cold

Poison

Shock

Beam

Plasma

Explosion

Lorewise , explosion damage is caused by weapons that cause explosions using the force created + sharpnel + fire to inflict damage.

Stat wise , weapons that deal explosion damage have a chance to knockback and also set enemies on fire.

Health Effects

Running not available

Damage to legs might inflict this status on you that prevents you from using "run" stance

Food not available

Dmaage to the abdomen might inflict this status on you which prevents you from eating food or medicines. This is a particualrly dangerous status to receive as it hinders healing via satiation regeneration and also blocks you from consuming meds like antibiotics to heal poisoning or infections.

Puke Chance

Damage to the abdomen and head might inflict this status on you which adds a chance of your clone vomitting which consumes 1AP

Hallucination

Severed Limb
