Dangerous tiles are tiles covered in acid or fire that causes damage when standing on.
Puddles
Any liquids (water, blood, gasoline, poison) can leave behind puddles. If the new puddle is larger or the same size as the old one then the new puddle will replace the old one. Spilled gasoline may ignite due to fire nearby. Puddles of poison are considered Dangerous Tiles and dry up over time. Puddles of poison will destroy any items dropped onto them excluding pacts and quest items.
Acid
Acid tiles deal poison damage to your feet and usually appear due to an acid tank being broken, a spider dying/being wounded or, firing a chemical weapon. It deals 4, 6, 10, 14, 18 Poison damage respectively depending of its puddle size.
The acid puddles slowly evaporates over time. The puddles can also be removed by extinguishing the tile to replace it with water. Or by breaking the floor under it with a grenade to speed up the removal process. walking in acid can also make you drip acid pools after exiting it. Molotovs (and maybe other fire sources) seem to also be able to burn away acid.
Fire
Fire damages entities and lights them on fire. Causing Fire damage over time, between 15 and 30 Fire damage per turn depending of the size of fire and the time the entity spend on fire. The fire can spread among tiles and from a burning entity. The most common causes of fire is fuel barrel explosions and several kinds of ammo/grenades. Fire can be extinguished with the extinguish action on water, canned drinks, spider soup and truffle oil.
Fire and items
If a floor tile with raw meat catches fire the meat will become fried. Any other items other than quest items and pacts will be destroyed.
Holes
Including but not limited to Lava Pit, Open Space and Spike Pit. They will cause instant death to any entities that fall into them from getting knocked back of weapon attack or explosion.
Breaking walls
All man-made walls can be broken if enough damage is dealt. This allow any entities to bypass any dangerous tiles by creating a detour.
