Monitoring Health
At the bottom left of your game screen lie the Health Monitor displaying:
- Satiety/Fullness/Metabolism - full belly (above 75 - 80 % of maximum satiety bar) heal your character 1 HP per step while empty stomach at 0 satiety drain 1 HP per step as the operator enter atrophy. Carried weight and movement mode determine spent calories per step. Some trigger perks also consume set amount of calories when activated.
- Pain - gain from wounds and excessive damage, once pain reach its threshold, the operator will skip their next turn (indicate by "stun halo above their head") until the pain return to below the mercenary's pain threshold. Wounds combine additional pain to the meter and weapons with special modification "Pain damage" increase pain meter.
- Health - key indicator of your operator's condition. Reaching 0 will kill your operator and end your mission. After hours of their death, a new clone will be born in pristine conidtion.
- Movement mode - dictate how many actions you can take per turn. Affect consumed calories per step.
- Hotkey & button to expand Health Monitor. Either press designated hotkey or click on the "Health Monitor" tab will open the Health screen.
A fully expanded Health screen, display every health stat in details, with addtional information such as oxygen level, infection and poisoning's percentage along with a full operator's body scan where you can check your wounds.
Healing & Eating
Medications
Beside a full belly passively heal 1 HP per actions, medical items will apply "Regeneration" status to your operator which heal them for set amount of turns. To use them, open the Health screen after receiving wounds, you will see the location of wounded body parts on the body scan and applicable medical items on its right hand side to drag it into the wounds, close the wounds and negate its afflictions in which the chance of closing the wounds are determine by what healing items you apply to what kind of wounds you applied to. Special items have extra healing propeties as well.
Diet
To maintain a healthy body, keep your satiety level above 0 by consuming foods and drinks to replenish calories.
