Health is a key indicator of the character's condition. When health drops to zero, the character dies. Health can be restored by using autodocs, medkits, treating wounds with high-quality fixing materials, or maintaining a good diet. Your body constantly requires calories for normal functioning. When satiety drops to zero, the atrophy process begins, which continually reduces your health. Simply eat something. Keep in mind that cannibalism is not encouraged but not prohibited, so if you have melee weapons, you can resort to it. A high-calorie reserve activates natural regeneration (+1 HP per turn), while a low reserve leads to atrophy (-1 HP per turn).
