Jeffhammer MD can be obtained from barter or as mission reward from Church of Revelation at Tech Level 3, or as possible loot from Church of Revelation Man-at-arms and Temple Guard, Grasshopper Technologies' Blacksmith, RealWare's Combat Medic, AnCom's AnCom Advisor, Franche-Comte PS's Turnkey, and Daydream Chems' Desolator.

Trivia

• Jeffhammer MD bears heavy resemblance to the Pancor Jackhammer, a 12-gauge, blow-forward gas-operated bullpup automatic shotgun prototype designed in 1984 and patented in 1987. It was cancelled due to a large amount of problems. Only 3 copies of the gun exist, and only one copy works.
