Obtains

Ripper can be obtained from barter or as mission reward from SBN at 3 tech level and from Coreward MG at 6 tech level, or as possible loot from Grasshopper Technologies' Blacksmith, AnCom's AnCom Advisor, SBN's Infocop and Coreward MG's CI Joe.
