Overview
Allows the player to pay resources to upgrade the blueprint of weapons or armor. Allowing most properties to be improved.
Currently, the item chosen for the research project cannot be cancelled.
The cost of doing so depends on the tech level of the item, the type of materials also matches the type of the item. Each additional upgrade costs more materials.
