This is the bioprinter screen. Here you can choose a fighter to go on a mission. The list includes both those who survived previous missions and those who need to be printed. Each of the fighters has their own parameters and unique talent. They have all been through a lot during years of combat in every corner of the Solar System.

General Operator Playstyle Archetypes

In general , clones are often used by players in a number of metas and combinations. Below are a few common groupings and archetypes of clone specializations players implement. The biggest factor behind the specialization archetype chosen depends mainly on classes as classes really will change the way you play based on the perks and buffs it provides, especially during the early game where modifying classes is not possible yet.

Defensive Operations

Some Clones , like Percy who have a high calorie drain are more suited to defensive missions like Defense and Control

Offensive Operations

Some clones on the other hand are better at offensive missions due to their dodge chance or higher accuracy or lower calorie drain

Dodge Melee

This archetype relies on dodge as the mechanism for defending while dealing damage via a melee focused playstyle, Kenzie is the perfect example and most often used clone for this archetype.

Even without any additional late game tech, this archetype can be easily implemented by pairing operatives with higher dodge together with the Eclipse Blades class.

Tank Melee

While still maintaining a melee playstyle, this archetype forgoes the concept of defending via dodging, instead opting to risk getting hit but offsetting this risk by having the tools to deal with injuries and turn the damage received into bonuses. An example of this is by turning percy into a melee playstyle operative by giving him terror pack , as he actually has a melee hit chance that is among the top out of all operatives.

This playstyle is best implemented only once players have the proper tools to modify classes via the Research Module on board the HIS Magnum and also modify and buff operatives via the Genetics Module.

CQC Ranged

This archetype is centred around using SMGs and Shotguns as the main weapons of your operative. The base class Scouts of Hades is all you need in order to implement this archetype due to its firearm accuracy buff and SMG + Shotgun spread reduction.

This archetype can be buffed in the late game further by modifying a class to have these 2 perks + Reinforced Ammo which buffs shotgun damage + for additional pierce chance when using SMGs. This class variation will leave only 2 free perks for any defensive bonuses however , as 4 out of 6 of the perks have been used to buff the offensive capabilities of Shotguns and SMGs
