“ | ...We can start working for anyone and make them the dominant force in the System, or we can try to maintain the status quo for the sake of long-term profitting from this apocalypse. It's up to you, Boss. | ” |

Factions in Quasimorph are the many powerful corporations and other groups constantly vying over control of the Solar System.
About Factions
This page is a stub. You can help Quasimorph Wiki by expanding it.
The strength of a faction is determined by two parameters: Power and Technology. Power affects the missions issued by the faction, namely: the number of enemies, the quality of the dropped items and the reward. Power affects the chance of successfully completing a mission without the player's participation, and is also spent on creating new missions. Technology determines the equipment available to the faction, which they can use and sell, and the number of missions that the faction can issue at one time. These parameters increase over time depending on the stations in the faction's possession and the completed missions. If the faction has not issued a reward for a task in full, then it will accumulate credit that can be used for the next barter. Factions and their characteristics can be viewed in the first tab of the Stock Exchange.
